2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bisfi (Patauna) P.S. Case No. 235 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 466, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Benipatti, District- Madhubani.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43431 of 2023(2) dt.10-08-2023 2/2 and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order, considering the fact that the petitioner is a widow lady.
