2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mission P.S. Case No. 66 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 127(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109(1), 303(2) and 3(5) of the BNS Act and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant with butt of the pistol on his head, as a result of which, he sustained head injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner and his brother are engaged in running a coaching centre and the behavior of one student, Sanjeev Kumar was not good. Sanjeev Kumar was ousted from the coaching

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41251 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 2/2 centre, due to which, the members of the prosecution side entered inside the coaching of the petitioner and badly assaulted the members of the defence side. In this regard, a case has already been lodged. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sheikhpura in connection with Mission P.S. Case No. 66 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
