JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is a case of misuse of privilege of regular bail. The misuse was committed for about six years and the petitioner is in custody since 10.06.2016.
Considering the period already undergone, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Saran at Chapra/Successor Court, in connection with Sessions Trial No.537 of 2005, arising out of Revelganj P.S. Case No. 115 of 2000 with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail-bonds of the petitioner.
