JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected by this Court vide order dated 20.06.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20019 of 2017 along with Cr. Misc. No. 19737 of 2017 with an observation to conclude the trial within a period of nine months and liberty was given to the petitioners to renew their prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within said period. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no substantial progress has been made in trial and both the petitioners have been made accused only on the basis of suspicion and petitioners are in custody since 30.01.2017 and 10.01.2017 respectively.

No.29361 of 2018 (3) dt.21-06-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, and period of custody, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 03 of 2017, on the condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and with further condition that petitioners shall co-operate in disposal of trial. However, their bail bonds shall be cancelled. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) Priyanka/Srikant/- U
