The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced in confessional statement of the co-accused.

Submission is that petitioner was never put on TIP during investigation nor anything incriminating was recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petition reveals that petitioner has a long history of criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charges against the petitioner, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No.43 of 2018,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43339 of 2019(2) dt.16-07-2019 2/2 G.R. No. 184 of 2018, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court below having immovable property in his name.
