Petitioner is accused in connection with Cheria Bariarpur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2016 registered under Sections 364A/34 of the I.P.C.
The allegation is that some unknown accused persons came on motorcycles and kidnapped son of the informant for ransom.
Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 23.05.2016, having no criminal antecedent. It is also submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused Lallan Kumar Singh has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52551 of 2016 (3) dt.15-02-2017 2/2 30595 of 2016.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Begusarai in connection with Sessions Trial No. 585 of 2016 arising out of Cheria Bariarpur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2016.
