2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 245 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal code.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 3.7.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45897 of 2024.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are accused of committing dacoity in the house of the informant.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2023 and in the trial, two witnesses have already been examined.

6. Considering the gravity of the offence and the
