The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Simra P.S. Case No.16 of 2004 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149,323, 324, 341, 307, 302, 332, 353, 427, 435, 436, 452, 379 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act, Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Explosive Substances Act and Section 17 of the CLA Act.
It is submitted that the name of the petitioner transpired during investigation after more than a decade. He is in custody since 11th January, 2016. Similarly circumstanced two co-accused, Rakesh Paswan and Dina Prajapati have already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 1.2.2016 passed in Cr.Misc.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39790 of 2016 (2) dt.19-09-2016 2/2 No.52981 of 2015 and Cr.Misc. No.1948 of 2016 respectively. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, namely, Naurangi Bhuiyan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Simra P.S.
