2. The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 72 of 2024 for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 15.03.2024 by the informant, Marchiya Devi.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that her two female family members (one of them is her daughter) were taken away by Saroj Kumar and people saw that the accused persons were taking them away. When she went to the house of Saroj Kumar, she was abused which followed the FIR.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not Saroj Kumar, has been implicated in this case by the police and as such being in custody for the last six months, he deserves bail.

5. Learned APP on the other hand submits that two female members of the informant have been taken away by the accused persons and the name of this petitioner has also come and besides her daughter, a female family member have been abducted in course of the investigation.

6. Two female family members of the informant are missing, still trace-less, the petitioner is one of the accused person whose name has come in course of the investigation, this Court is not inclined to extend him the privilege of bail which is accordingly rejected.
