Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409, 467, 468 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is an illiterate person and was posted as a peon in Janta Bazar, C.S.P. Centre at Jagdishpur. The Centre is alleged to have cheated the complainant. Considering the status of the petitioner of a peon in the office, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra/successor Court in connection with Maker Police Station Case No. 106 of 2016,
