Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sakra (Bariyarpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 193 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The recovery is of one country-made pistol and two live cartridges from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 26.04.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
