Be that as it may, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 09.01.2015 is hereby confirmed in connection with Complaint case No.1799 of 2013 (Trial No.2184 of 2014) pending in the court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate (East), Muzaffarpur.

Now that interim maintenance has been fixed by the Court below, the Petitioner shall be required to file a receipt of deposit of Rs.3500/- per month in the Court below.
