Petitioner is accused in connection with Desari (Sahdei OP) P.S. Case No. 205 of 2016 registered under Sections 370, 371, 374, 363, 364/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present first information report has been lodged after one year. Petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case due to village politics. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. It is submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 24.09.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7506 of 2017 (3) dt.06-04-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Desari (Sahdei OP) P.S. Case No. 205 of 2016.
