The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case in brief is that in course of riding the stair, daughter of the informant disappeared.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 09-03-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The victim has been recovered and her statement u/S 164 Cr.P.C. was recorded. In her statement made u/S 164 Cr. P.C., the victim has not supported the allegation made in the FIR.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37804 of 2019(2) dt.21-06-2019 2/2 named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway Court, Patna in connection with Danapur Rail P.S. Case No. 108 of 2018. (Sudhir Singh, J) A.K.V.//- U T
