The petitioners, two in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 308 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named the petitioners and others and alleged that they all assaulted him with fists, slaps and sticks. There is a counter-version being Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2015. The occurrence took place on account of some dispute for use of lavatory and seepage of waste water from lavatory. The injuries found on the person of the injured are simple in nature. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26601 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 59/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
