The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 385, 387, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case, in short, is that the accused Ranjeet kumar called the informant from his house and the accused persons along with the petitioner assaulted him. Ranjeet Kumar also put the pistol upon the informant. Accused persons also demanded ransom amount of Rs.1,00,000/- from the informant. Ultimately, the informant assured to give the said amount to the accused persons along with the petitioner. The informant also sustained burn injuries using cigarette by the

On behalf of the petitioner, it is submitted that specific allegation has been made against the other co-accused Ranjit Kumar. As far as the petitioner is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation against him. No specific overt act has been alleged against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the first information report. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Om Shankar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Lakhisarai in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No.64 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
