Petitioners seek bail in Gopalpur (Rangra) P.S. Case No.157/16 registered under Sections 304(B)/ 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

Accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant, Rina @ Guddu Jha by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners who are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased have falsely been implicated in the case with ulterior motive. They have got no criminal antecedent. They are in jail custody since 09.02.2017. Moreover, Gautam Mishra husband of
