JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-07-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sonbarsa Raj P.S.Case No. 239 of 2014 registered under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR is against unknown and in the entire evidence there is no categorical evidence against the petitioner and merely suspicion is raised against him by the deceased's brother expressing his involvement as one the conspirators and petitioner is in service being a police constable.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Biranchi Singh @ Ajay Kumar Singh, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the
