08-06-2015 The petitioner apprehends her arrest in relation to Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 138 of 2014 G.R. No. 2153/2014 registered under Sections 302, 308 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.

Considering the seriousness of allegations I do not consider that it is proper case for the grant of anticipatory bail, accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.

However, petitioner may surrender before the court below within four weeks and pray for regular bail where her prayer may be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced to the order of this Court. (Navaniti Prasad Singh, J.) Rajeev/- U T
