Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission is that FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Petitioner is in custody since 08.03.2018. He was never put on TI Parade during investigation nor anything was recovered from possession of the petitioner. He was arrested simply because he carries some criminal cases. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the fact that there is no substantial material in this case against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above

No.28082 of 2018 (4) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kotwa Police Station Case No. 27 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner as well as condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
