Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Baruraj P. S. Case no. 76 of 2011 registered under Sections 323, 324, 147, 148, 149, 334, 379, 427 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though there is allegation of attacking the informant by persons variously armed but injury report does not indicate the nature of injuries as alleged. In fact, injuries have been found to be simple in nature. Considering the fact that other similarly situated persons have been extended privilege of anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. no. 17924 of 2015, let petitioners above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two
