08-06-2015 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Jhajha P.S. Case No. 132 of 2009 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners draws attention of this Court to the post mortem examination report that shows no injury upon the victim who was 80 years old. In the First Information Report, it is alleged that there is only one single blow given to the victim. Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the petitioners, namely, Baldeo Yadav and Buchani Yadav be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Shyamal Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui, in
