2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sare P.S. case No. 12 of 2024, G.R. No. 488 of 2024 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Prosecution story, in short, is that all the accused persons armed with lathi-danda came at the place of occurrence and broke the absestos roof. It is further alleged that the coaccused Ranjit Yadav fired on the left foot of the informant due to which he sustained injuries.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to local village politics. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that general and omnibus allegation has been made against these petitioners. No any specific overt act is alleged against these petitioners. The specific allegation of firing is attributed to the co-accused Ranjeet Yadav. Learned counsel further submitted that petitioner are only a member of mob. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 07.04.2024 and have no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, no specific allegation against the petitioners as well as the period of custody undergone by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

7. Let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Sare P.S. case No. 12 of 2024.
