This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 37, 51, 52, 53 and 54 of the Excise Act, 2016.

Foreign liquor was recovered from a godown, which was brought by co-accused, Balmiki Singh, on a truck. Allegation against the petitioner is that he was helper of Balmiki Singh and the petitioner is in custody since 21.08.2016. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pakarideyal P.S. Case No. 114 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, V, East Champaran at Motihari, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
