The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/342/323/379/304/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Diary in the present case has been called for which has since been received.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far as this petitioner is concerned, she has no role to play as neither she is a doctor nor running a clinic. In fact, the clinic is being run by the daughter of the petitioner and as per post-mortem report, the victim died of Cardio Respiratory Failure and not of any caesarean operation.
Considering the nature of allegation and the role assigned to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30410 of 2015 (3) dt.30-10-2015 this petitioner and there being no other material in the case diary to connect this petitioner, let the petitioner, in the event of her arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra (Saran) in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 134 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
