Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner was working as senior branch manager of Khaira branch as well as Anisabad branch of Gab Rural Credit cooperative society limited and allegation against the petitioner as well as other accused is that they got open the above stated branches without any valid licence for running branches of the aforesaid cooperative society and furthermore, they also got collected huge amount from investors with an intent to cheat them.
Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that even if the prosecution story assumed to be true, then also, petitioner happens to a salaried employee of the aforesaid cooperative society and he had no

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Economic Offence P.S.
