ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 23-01-2025 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 21.11.2024 the respondent-bank has deposited the maturity amount minus Rs. 7,08,325/- to the credit of the petitioner account along with interest and nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition as the grievance of the petitioner is redressed.

2. Having regard to the above, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order. In case, the Respondent No. 4 has any grievance with regard to the interest that is payable on the amount of Rs.7,08,325/- he is free to
