2. The petitioner has filed the instant writ applciation challenging the selection of respondent no. 7 as Angan Bari Sevika for Centre Chandramandi II, bearing Centre No. 227 Prakhand Chakai, District Jamui.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that against the order dated 23.06.2014 passed by the District Programme Officer, Jamui in Case no. 41/2013-14 the petitioner had filed a petition before

Patna High Court CWJC No.218 of 2015 dt.30-01-2018 2/2 the District Magistrate who happens to be the appellate authority on 15.09.2014. He submits that no action is being taken upon the said application filed by the petitioner.

4. In view of the submissions aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the District Magistrate, Jamui to take a final decision on the petition dated 15.09.2014 filed by the petitioner after issuing notice to the parties concerned in accordance with law and after appearance of the respondent no. 7 preferably within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
