JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 27 of 2013 registered under Sections- 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners, who are Devar and Mother-in-law of the deceased, never tortured and demanded dowry from her. There are only general and omnibus allegations. Petitioners have been implicated merely on suspicion. They reside separately from the deceased and her husband, Sagir Ahmad. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 24.10.2016. The husband of the deceased has been granted regular bail by this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2003 of 2017 (3) dt.20-03-2017 2/2 Court vide order dated 12.03.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51589 of 2013. Father-in-law of the deceased has also been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 22.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54985 of 2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Tandwa P.S.
