JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 123 of 2016 (S.T. No. 628 of 2017) for the offence under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. Although, there is large number of criminal cases are pending against this petitioner, but the petitioner is in custody since 21.04.2017 in a case lodged against unknown and the he has not been put on Test Identification Parade.

Considering the fact that the petitioner was not put on T.I.P and also the fact that he has remained in custody for more than 13 months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Gopalganj in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28573 of 2018 (3) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 connection with S. Tr. No. 628 of 2017, arising out of Mirganj P.S. Case No. 123 of 2016.
