Mr. Md. Shakir Ahmed, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This Criminal Revision has been preferred against the order dated 02-09-2020 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-Ist-cum-Special Judge, Children Court, Begusarai in J.J.C.P. 01 of 2019 arising out of Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 133 of 2018 registered under Sections-447, 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act whereby and whereunder learned Additional Sessions Judge-Ist-cum-Special Judge, Children Court, Begusarai has dismissed the bail application of the petitioner.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure-1 to the present application taking into account that

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.19 of 2021(4) dt.27-07-2022 2/2 wife of the deceased who is also an accused in the present case, has confessed that she had developed physical relationship with the petitioner and the petitioner had shot dead of her husband to get rid of him.

A report was called for from the trial court regarding the stage of the case. The said report is at Flag-"D" It has been reported that on cooperation of remand home, Sheikhpura and the prosecution, the trial is likely to be concluded within a period of six months.

Considering the nature of accusation and the stage of the case, I find no infirmity in the order dated 02-09-2020, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-Ist-cum-Special Judge, Children Court, Begusarai in J.J.C.P. 01 of 2019 arising out of Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 133 of 2018.

Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision application stands dismissed.

Learned trial court is directed to take all necessary steps to conclude the trial of the petitioner preferably within a period of six months.
