====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-08-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 14.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1249 of 2025 to the extent of modification in condition no. (3) & (5) whereby petitioner has to remain physically present in the court on each and every date during trial and has to appear before the Police Station of his local area in the first week of each month till disposal of the case.

3. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner met with an accident on 27.05.2025 causing tissue injury in the right leg and has been advised bed rest for three weeks and as such, petitioner seeks permission to face the trial as well as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43244 of 2025(3) dt.14-08-2025 2/2 appear before the police through video conferencing. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for necessary correction in the order.

4. However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, no sufficient ground is made out to modify the earlier order and as such, this modification petition stands dismissed.
