Specific allegation of giving the knife blow is upon the petitioner and the injuries sustained by the victim also corroborate the allegation made in the FIR.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case as prior to the said occurrence the petitioner was assaulted by the informant on 25.11.2017.

Learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for bail.

There is no injury report in relation to the alleged occurrence of 25.11.2017 on the records. In view of the gravity of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the
