Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumariya P.S. Case No. 57 of 2013 registered for the offence under Sections- 147, 148, 149, 353, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, section 27 of the Arms Act, section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act and section 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature against 100 persons. Nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged banned organization. Petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2016.
