The petitioner seeks bail in connection with K.Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 118 of 2017, registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is recovery of two bottles, each containing 750 ML India made foreign liquor from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 09.03.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

No.20976 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 2/2 the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K.Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 118 of 2017. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
