In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No.127 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have assaulted the informant by lathi danda and also snatched his golden chain, however, counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner does not reside in Siwan, but he is residing in the State of Madhya Pradesh and in support of the same, he has attached the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41174 of 2019(2) dt.04-07-2019 2/2 certificate granted by Nagar Palik Nigam, Dewas, MP showing the residence of the petitioner and he has also attached registration of his shop at Dewas, MP.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIII, Siwan in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No.127 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
