The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Saran Mahila P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019 registered under Sections 341/323/498(A)/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. Further submission is that the allegations levelled against the petitioner are general and omnibus in nature. Nothing specific is alleged

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49383 of 2021(2) dt.25-03-2022 2/2 against this petitioner. Further he submits that earlier also the opposite party no. 2 has filed a complaint case vide Annexure-2. As a matter of fact, opposite party no. 2 is mentally ill lady, as is evident from Annexure-3 and she herself does not want to live with the petitioner. It is submitted that she herself went to her maternal home, as is evident from Annexure-4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Saran Mahila P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
