JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 07-09-2015 Heard Mr. Anil Kumar No.1 for the petitioner. A proceeding was instituted by the private respondent before the Administrator General and Official Trustee, Govt. of Bihar, Patna in connection therewith, by way interim order/arrangement, saving bank account standing in the name of the husband of the petitioner was attached. In other words, the said account standing with the Punjab National Bank was made inoperative.
Mr. Kumar informs the Court that Case No. 221 of 2010 has now been decided against the petitioner. A writ petition being CWJC No. 18538 of 2011 has been filed by the present writ petition to assail the said order.
Patna High Court CWJC No.9518 of 2011 (3) dt.07-09-2015 2/2 If that be so then the present writ application appears to have lost its relevance. It is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.
