Petitioner is accused in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 104 of 2016 registered under Sections 392 and 411/34 of the I.P.C.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with two miscreants snatched the mobile of the informant and fled away.

Submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner to snatch the mobile of the informant and nothing has been recovered from his possession. Further submission is that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and is in custody since 24.09.2016, having no criminal

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 104 of 2016.
