Petitioner seeks bail in Katihar Nagar P.S. Case No.250 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that police recovered 9.6 litres Bengal made liquor and 31.5 litres foreign liquor from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 07.04.2019. He has been arrested merely on suspicion by the patrolling party.

Keeping in view the period of custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
