2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment on the post of Panchayat teacher, on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.

4. It is submitted that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. At the time of appointment, petitioner furnished all the relevant documents and after verification of those documents by the competent authority, petitioner was appointed to the aforesaid post. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50577 of 2023(3) dt.24-08-2023 2/2 committed no offence. Moreover, it is submitted that petitioner has already resigned on 08.11.2018 and the same has been accepted vide Annexure-P/3 to the supplementary affidavit.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Katoria P.S. Case No. 465 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
