Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P. S. case no. 73/2018 registered under section 307 and other minor sections of the IPC. Petitioners are named with accusation that they assaulted the informant and others by means of deadly weapons but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and persons from both sides sustained injury. It is further submitted that all injured of the present case sustained

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Aurangabad (Town) P. S. case no. 73/2018 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
