Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016.

One and half liters of country made liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura/successor Court in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20261 of 2017 (2) dt.01-05-2017 2/2 connection with Udakishunganj Police Station Case No. 22 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
