Learned counsel for the respondents, at the outset, submits that notice under Section 7 of the Bihar and Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act') has been served on learned counsel for the petitioner.

He further submits that in case, such objections are filed within time, the Certificate Officer shall take a decision under Section 10 of the Act, at the earliest, in any case not later than four weeks.
