The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 307, 323, 324, 325, 341, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, it is stated that in course of panchayat election the petitioner gave a blow with a knife on the head of the informant Satrudhan Prasad while Vijay Tiwary gave a blow with an iron rod on the head of one Pankaj Kumar. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case because of dispute over elections. The allegations are false and concocted. There is case and counter case between the parties.

Heard learned A.P.P for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the F.I.R, the injury of Satrudhan Prasad having been found to be simple by the doctor examining him in the Primary Health Centre, Motipur, the petitioner being in custody for 9 months since 6.4.2022 and charge-sheet having been submitted in the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case no. 217 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.
