JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for and is allowed to make necessary correction in the cause-title of the present case.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and counsel for the State.

In the present case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bihpur P.S. Case No. 331 of 2016 for offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 308 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that due to collision of two by-cycles, the dispute has picked up. An allegation has been made that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20232 of 2017 (3) dt.06-07-2017 accused persons closed the whole family members and confined them and tried to strangulate the son of the Informant but, was saved by the villagers.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case as also the nature of dispute, let the petitioners, namely, 1. Sujit Kumar, 2. Jitan Kumar, 3. Bintal Kumar @ Binhal Kumar @ Binal Kumar, 4. Kukku Kumar @ Kuku Kumar and 5. Malhi Kumar @ Monhai Kumar in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Bihpur P.S. Case No. 331 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Rishi/- U T
