JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 61 of 2015 registered under Sections- 420, 406 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that the accused persons including the petition after hatching a conspiracy cheated the complainant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has wrongly been roped in the present false case.
Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner has criminal

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not feel inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. His prayer for bail is, therefore, rejected.
However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
