The petitioner seeks bail in Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 286/2015 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 448, 504, 506, 379, 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits with reference to the statements made in Paragraph 13 of the Bail Application that a land dispute is going on between the parties and the same is apparent from Revenue Revision Case No. 74/2015 filed by the father of the petitioner. He has also drawn my attention towards Annexure-4 of the Bail Application showing that the petitioner has also sustained

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20168 of 2017 dt.22-05-2017 2/2 grievous injuries in the fight which took place between both the parties. He further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents and he has remained in custody for more than three months.

Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail stating that there are allegations causing grievous injuries. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner Pintu Mandal @ Pintu Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in Bhawanipur P.S.
