This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Madhepur (Ghailarh OP) P.S. Case No. 939 of 2019 registered under section147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that he has assaulted the son of the informant by Farsa. The petitioner and the informant are the real brothers. The petitioner is in custody since 13.04.2023. The injury has been found to be cause by hard and blunt susbatnace

Considering the aforesaid, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge, if the charge is not gramed yet on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection withMadhepur (Ghailarh OP) P.S. Case No. 939 of 2019 The petitioner will visit Ghailarh police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
