The petitioner Md. Sahnbaj apprehends his arrest in Pirpainty P.S. Case No. 120 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Md. Noor Sadique, the informant alleged that the petitioner and other accused persons surrounded him and began to assault with fists and slaps. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with Khanti on his left temple. It is submitted that there is case and counter case. From the side of the petitioner Pirpainty P.S. Case No. 121 of 2014 was registered and the informant Md. Safi Alam received grievous injury on his hand. The case is compromised. It appears that there is case and counter case. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.660 of 2015 (2) dt.08-01-2015 occurrence took place on account of quarreling between children of the two sides. The informant got simple injuries and the case is compromised.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainty P.S. Case No. 120 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
